+How do I sign in?
We use Steam OpenID. Click "Login with Steam" in the header — you authenticate on the official Steam site, and we never see your password.
+What is the marketplace fee?
A flat 5% commission on P2P sales. The fee is shown on every listing form and recorded as a snapshot on each transaction.
+How does Instant Sell work?
You accept the bot quote (typically 70% of the recent average price) and the funds are credited immediately. The bot inventory then resells the item on the marketplace.
+When do I get the Steam item?
After purchase a Steam trade-offer is sent from the seller (or our bot) to your account. You confirm it on Steam to receive the skin — usually within minutes.
+How do withdrawals work?
Withdrawals leave your in-app balance immediately and are processed by our payout team. The minimum withdrawal is $5.00.
+Is my Steam account safe?
Yes — we never see your password. Authentication goes through Steam directly. CSRF protection and JWT cookies (httpOnly + Secure in production) protect your session.
